Although David and I don't do much to celebrate Valentine's Day, my inner romantic quietly dreams of secret getaways, wine and roses, chocolate and infinite happiness ~
I snapped these photos in Paris last fall. The French have the most picture-perfect flower shops, even in October!
Happy Valentine's to you and your loves (or secret crushes)...
ah, those beautiful flowers! we don-t celebrate valentine either, it can be valentine as many times as you want to during the year I think.
ReplyDeleteHere, the snow is still falling, so those flowers cheer me up.
I love btw what you did with the room in your last post, good for you!! :-)
beautiful. thanks.
ReplyDeleteI loved all these beautiful fresh flowers...now I feel like I received a bouquet! The French always do two things perfectly, bread and flowers. Got such a kick out of your little stalker story :) HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!
ReplyDeleteDearest Terri,
ReplyDeleteThank you for the lovely photos. So beautiful. Wishing you a very happy Valentine's day.

Lovely flowers!
ReplyDeleteMany xxx to you and your hubby
Ohhhh, I am so glad that you took all those pretty pictures. They can feed the soul on such a day. Now if you're dreaming of "secret getaways, wine and roses, chocolate and infinite happiness," how is it that you've not made your dream come true? I'm not sure about the infinite happiness, but the others are definitely do-able.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day, Terri!
Found you through Isa's blog .. your floral photos are amazing!
ReplyDeleteLove the rose heart, wow I can almost smell them from here...

How beautiful:0) Hope you had a great Valentines day!
ReplyDeleteA belated Happy Valentines Day to you too. Hubby and I don't do that much celebrating on Valentines Day either. We make sure we know how important we are to each other on a daily basis - and that's MUCH better than once a year right?
ReplyDeleteLovely flowers - I have to start filling my house with more of them - they brighten a room so much :)
Thanks so much for all of your great inspirational posts - please drop by my blog for a Best Blog Award for ~ Wind Lost ~!
Hello from Payson Az. Just found your blog.. I think you should paint the ledge wall under your window being you don't have a headboard. I think it would give you a kind of Hollywood modern look. Maybe even something with a pattern would look nice. Come visit my shop via my blog https://chrisyscottage.blogspot.com I have a Shabby Chic shop. I love decorating too XO Chrisy
